How to consume
It's important to review the mg dosage of your gummy before consuming. The Delta-9 THC content is listed on both the website and product label. The best way to go about consuming gummies is to take the equivelant of about 5mg of one gummy to see how it affects you. Then continue to increase the amount you consume if you need more Delta 9 to reach your desired effects. Be careful however, edibles are know to take up to one hour or even longer for their effects to kick-in, so don't make the mistake of eating more milligrams after waiting 20 minutes and feeling like the gummies are not effective.
